Database

All ESET plugin data is stored in the ConnectWise Automate database. This data can be used to create your own custom reports, monitors and scripts.

With the exception of Role Detection rules and Virus Scanner definitions, all data for the ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate is contained in tables with the prefix plugin_eset_endpoint. For example, all endpoint threat data is contained in the table plugin_eset_endpoint_threatlog. See below for a complete list of tables containing plugin data:

plugin_eset_endpoint_computers
plugin_eset_endpoint_deployment_client
plugin_eset_endpoint_deployment_group
plugin_eset_endpoint_deployment_location
plugin_eset_endpoint_deployment_log

plugin_eset_endpoint_eventlog
plugin_eset_endpoint_license
plugin_eset_endpoint_license_daily
plugin_eset_endpoint_policy

Database Maintenance

Truncating log tables such as threats and scans will not have a negative effect on the ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate's performance, but historical data will not be re-synchronized with the database. Logs use datetime values to determine which data should be requested from the computer.
