ESET DEM plugin for Datto RMM must be installed on your administrator account.

Plugin components are developed to work with ESET endpoint security products version 7.x and later without needing a remote management tool.

Endpoint devices must run .NET Framework version 4.0.3 or later.

The remote management server is not required, but the administrator can use it alongside ESET DEM plugin for Datto RMM for additional functionality. In that case, policies must be exported from ESET PROTECT or ESET PROTECT On-Prem.
