Database

All ESET plugin data is stored in the ConnectWise Automate database. Use this data to create your own custom reports, monitors and scripts.

 
Except for Role Detection rules and Virus Scanner definitions, all data for the ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate is stored in tables with the prefix plugin_eset_endpoint. For example, all endpoint threat data is stored in the plugin_eset_endpoint_threatlog table.

Database Maintenance

Truncating log tables, such as threats and scans, will not affect the performance of ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate, but historical data will not be resynchronized with the database. Logs use datetime values to determine which data to request from the managed device.
