Whitelist IP addresses and email headers

Whitelisting allows Portal simulated phishing emails to bypass your mail filter. For Portal simulations to function properly, ESET Phishing Simulator IP addresses must be whitelisted in your spam filter. Some systems require whitelisting by email headers to ensure users receive the phishing simulator test emails.

To manage ESET product whitelists, refer to our Configure Approved (whitelist), Blocked (blacklist) and Ignored (exceptions) lists in ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Knowledgebase article.

To manage Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016, or Microsoft Office 365 whitelists, and more, refer to the user guide in the ESET CyberCentral product. Click Resources > User Guide > Whitelisting.

NOTE: The in-product user guide contains many settings that are not required for basic training and phishing simulations. The user guide you are currently using is tailored to most needs.
