Some companies choose to assign the primary training (ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training – For Employees) first, and then conduct phishing simulations throughout the year to test retention. If a user fails a phishing simulation, they automatically assign a quick related training course. Other companies conduct phishing simulations first, assign the primary training, and then conduct additional ones to gauge how their users improve.
