Delete or archive targets

If you have people who are no longer with your organization, you can delete or archive them to free up seats (up to 20% per year).

Automatic synchronizing

If you are synchronizing users, for example with Microsoft Graph for Microsoft 365 or AD, this will be performed automatically.

You can either delete the target, which will permanently remove all associated data, including test data and actions.

This action is permanent.

If you wish to retain the associated data, or reactivate your targets later, you can choose to archive the target instead of deleting it:

2.Click Targets/Groups > Manage Targets.

3.Click the triangle drop-down button on the far right of the target.

4.Click Delete or Archive.

To delete or archive several targets at once:

2.Click Targets/Groups > Manage Groups.

3.Click the triangle drop-down button on the far right of the group with the targets you want to edit.

4.Click Delete or Archive.

If you archived your targets, you can later easily reactivate them in case you have an available seat in your platform:

2.Click Targets/Groups > Manage Groups/ Manage Targets.

3.Change the filter from Active Groups/Active Targets to Archived Groups/ Archived Targets.

4.Find the Group/Target you wish to reactivate, and click the triangle drop-down button on the far right.

5.Click Activate (Unhide/Add).
