Certificates
Certificates are awarded to learners after successful completion of courses included in the ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training Standard package. These certificates follow the aligned ESET design, are automatically assigned by the system, and are not visible in the School > Certificates > Manage Certificate section. No manual action is required to enable certificates for ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training.

Do not create or overwrite this certificate by adding a new one and linking it to courses in the ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training Standard package, as this may prevent learners from receiving the correct certificate or cause duplication issues. |
Using certificates for your own content
If you create custom courses or programs (your own content), you may create your own certificate and link it to that content by following the instructions below:
1.Log in to ESET CyberCentral Admin portal.
2.In the menu, click School > Certificates > Create certificate.
3.Create a new certificate template.
4.Assign the certificate to your custom course or program.
