Resolve activation errors in your ESET trial product

My 30-day trial expired and I purchased a license, why can't I upgrade to the full version? KB2410

Once your ESET 30-day trial expires, some program configuration settings, including the ability to enter your new license information, will be unavailable. If you have purchased a full version license and have received a second email message containing your ESET-issued Username and Password, you can upgrade to the full version.

To upgrade your trial version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus to the full version after expiration, uninstall and reinstall your ESET product.

I received an error code. Resolve ACT or ECP error during activation.
