Troubleshooting

The first step in the process of contacting the Customer Care department is to navigate to the main menu > Help and support pane > Submit support request. Enter the contact information and description of the problem from the customer’s point of view. In the upper part of the window, please fill in your First name, Last name and a Contact email. This data identifies you as our customer and provides us with a reply-to address for our Customer Care representatives. To verify, enter the email address again. In the Issue field, select the area of your problem (antivirus, infiltration issue, etc.). Then, please fill in the Subject of your request, which should correspond to the given problem. The lower part of the window consists of the Question or issue description area. This area allows you to describe your problem in detail, or to formulate your question for the Customer Care department. Click Send to submit the form.
